Shoutout to Travis for their hospitality and kindness while I was delivering a doordash order to a guest. I believe it’s important to be courteous to everyone who walks in, not just staff. Travis went above and beyond. Thank you!

Staff was phenomenal. Cleaning staff was professional. I have nothing negative to honestly say about here. It has a buffalo wild wings 20 feet away so it's perfect.

The rooms (we had two) were clean and spacious and 10min away from our family’s home in palm harbor. The breakfast was not worth the $15/person; food was stale and bland (seemed to be old reheated food). The gentleman working the breakfast bar was very friendly and accommodating. A star was removed for two reasons: 1. Our room key kept deactivating (everyday), after a week long stay a front desk attendant finally said that they were having issues with their rfid locks throughout the building. 2. The overnight female attendant was rude. The night we arrived, it was late, we waited about 15min before calling (I could hear her on the phone, so not entirely “away” from the desk) and when she answered she was literally right behind the wall. When she came out, she did not greet but instead pointed to their printed sign and said “we don’t have any rooms available.” I explained to her our digital room key was never delivered and we needed access to our rooms.

The staff here is exceptional. They've all been so incredibly nice and helpful. Special shoutout to Gabby, José, Travis, and Reuben. (I hope I spelled everyone's name correctly.) Highly recommend.

This hotel is very nice. The rooms are very clean and spacious. If you book it ahead of time they are usually cheaper. There’s a $25 hold on your card that they take at check-in. They do refund you your money back at check out when you return your room key. Definitely be aware that there are two water bottles next to the Keurig machine in the rooms and if you drink those two water bottles, they charge you five dollars. It is labeled on the water bottles in the room. The people at the front desk are very knowledgeable and helpful. It is a super clean hotel and everyone is polite. Of course it is more expensive on weekends just like every other hotel. I have been to this hotel twice now because of how clean and affordable it is, I usually go here Just as a Get Away. If you are not a diamond member, you do not have access to the breakfast buffet, but coffee is complementary in the lobby. Another thing that I really like about this place is you can check in a little after 2 o’clock and also check out is at 12 o’clock. I’ll definitely be going back to this hotel because not only is it very nice with spacious rooms , It’s super clean and close bye which is very convenient.

Great location and clean room. Travis was helpful, but there was another staff member who was very weird with us when we checked if we could store luggage with them for a few hours after check-out. It worked out, and we could, but she gave us a very weird attitude.

Very good location, close to everything. Room was clean, mattress soft, yet supportive, microvawe, fridge and coffee machine in working condition. $2.50 charge for bottled water in the room? It's rather exaggerated or just being greedy? I don't know. Breakfast was super good, eggs, crispy bacon, hash brown, rolls and bagels, everything was very high quality. Checking in and out process smooth and fast. Strongly recommended place.
